Acquisition of the assets of Page Pipeline Supplies Ltd

This is the start of the next chapter in Fixmart’s journey, as we continue to build on our position as a leading fixings and supports specialist. Page Pipeline Supplies Ltd are expert steel fabricators and manufacturers of pipe supports, respected in the mechanical industry for their assembly of prefabricated brackets and Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) wood insulation blocks.

Bringing onboard the expertise, facilities, accreditations and experience of Page Pipeline Supplies Ltd will allow Fixmart to offer additional prefabrication and steel fabrication services to our customers, as well as the potential for increased synergy and improved lead times for some of our existing ranges. The acquisition provides Fixmart with an opportunity to serve a new customer base, strengthen our position as a UK supplier and further improve our sustainability vision.

Having had a close working relationship with Page Pipeline Supplies Ltd for many years, with us supplying them with components, and them supplying us with prefabricated brackets and insulation wood blocks, this is a move that benefits all involved. We share a number of key values, since both businesses started out being family run, with a strong understanding for the importance of providing quality products and service.
