Important Notice for Collections at our Trade Counter
From Friday June 26th we will no longer be able to accept walk-in orders at our newly named Collection Point and all orders will be have to be placed prior to collection by phone, email or online.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
We made the decision to close our Trade Counter in March following Government guidelines to help reduce the spread of Covid-19, at this time we implemented our current pre-order only collection service.
Following the overwhelming success and positive feedback we have received from customers whilst operating this service we have taken the decision to keep our Trade Counter closed permanently, meaning that we will no longer be able to take verbal orders without a pre-order being placed.
If you wish to collect goods from our newly named Collection Point from Friday 26th June please ensure they have been ordered with our sales office at least 1 hour before collection.
