We have been supporting MEP and HVAC contractors on the Smugglers Way project for several years with the project starting in August 2021 and due for completion in July 2024.

As well as daily deliveries into London, Fixmart also supply many projects in the South East, so with the Cable Wharf development being so close to our office and warehouse in Northfleet DA11, we were keen to offer our expertise and delivery service.

For over a year Fixmart have been working with the M&E contractor on the One Berkeley Street project to help meet their roof top support requirements for this mixed-use development located on Piccadilly in Mayfair, London, W1.

Fixmart are currently supporting the leading MEP and HVAC specialists working on Sky’s new 13 state-of-the-art stages, production offices and screening rooms in Elstree, Borehamwood.

Fixmart have been instrumental in supporting the key MEP & HVAC contractors working on 8 Bishopsgate, one of the largest developments in the City’s eastern cluster.
