Hand Protection

EN 388 is the standard that determines a glove’s performance such as protection against abrasion, blade cut, tear, puncture and where relevant impact. A new version of this standard was published in November 2016 (EN 388:2016). Cut protection will use a new more accurate test, with cut levels switching from 1-5 to A-F.
