How do I log into my online account for the first time?

After requesting online access to your trade account you will be sent an email with instructions of how to access your account for the first time:

1. The email will include a link to click on in order to set your password: https://www.fixmart.co.uk/account/forgotten

2. On clicking the link, enter your email address when prompted and click the ‘Reset my password’ button.

3. You will then be sent an automatic ‘Reset your password’ email from [email protected] with instructions and link to set your password.

4. Follow the link in the email and when prompted enter your selected password and confirm. A login screen will then be displayed for you to login to your account.
